| 背景說明: | 白細胞介素-17是活化記憶T細胞產生的一種有效的促炎細胞因子.在人類和老鼠中至少有六名IL-17家族成員。IL-17與IL-1和TNF-α具有共同的特性，可引起關節炎癥和骨軟骨破壞.這種細胞因子存在于類風濕關節炎患者的滑膜液中，由類風濕關節炎滑膜產生。增加IL-6的產生，誘導膠原降解，減少滑膜和軟骨的膠原合成，減少軟骨中蛋白多糖的合成。IL-17也能增加骨質破壞并減少其形成。用特異性抑制劑阻斷白細胞介素-17可以保護軟骨和骨退化. |
