產品描述：
胰蛋白胨大豆肉湯（TSB）培養基是加富培養基，用于營養需求高的微生物（難養菌）的培養和回收，不需要加血清。胰蛋白胨大豆肉湯培養基適用范圍廣泛，可用于培養好氧菌、厭氧菌和真菌。例如：

完整介質：
按照給定的順序將溶液B至F加入無菌、冷卻的溶液A中。在80%氮氣、20%二氧化碳的條件下進行厭氧分配。培養基的最終pH值應為7.1-7.4。
分配培養基后，加入草酸銨（400 mM儲備溶液）至終濃度為30-40 mM。每升培養基添加10-20 mg連二亞硫酸鈉（來自5%w/v溶液，在N2下新鮮制備并過濾消毒）可能會刺激初始生長。
